FIS Connex

Connex is a global electronic payment application provided by FIS, Fidelity Information Services. It can be used to process a range of online transaction activities, including EFT, EBT and POS. The Connex software offers a single, integrated hardware and software solution for transaction acquisition, processing, settlement and reporting.

Transact offers two main products for monitoring FIS Connex environments, these are:

• Transaction Manager
  Used to monitor transaction details and includes analysis and reporting functions

• Transaction Surveillance
  Designed to assist in the detection of fraudulent transactions.
